Terms of Service
I draw:Animals, ferals and anthros (dragons, dinos, feline, canine, monsters and etc)I don't draw:NSFW and hard gore
Payment
a. I accept payment via:• PayPal• LavaTopb. All the prices are in USDc. Full prepaymentd. Holds and payment plans for commissions are available from $100 with a 30% downpayment. I'll start working on commission after full payment
Deadline
a. Up to two months (depends on the complexity of art and number of orders)b. I specify deadline in my queue, but feel free write to me about your commission and ask about the process
Refunds
If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason on my end, I will refund your payment in full. Otherwise I do not offer refunds once I have accepted your commission
Commercial rights
a. All of my designs (adopts, customs) are sold for personal use only by defaultb. Commercial use is not allowed without purchasing commercial rightsc. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
• selling merchandise (stickers, prints, keychains, clothing, etc.)
• using the character in games, animation, or other commercial projects
• selling comics or books featuring the character
• using the character as a brand mascot
• monetizing content featuring the character (Patreon, subscriptions, etc.)d. Commercial rights are negotiated individually and may be provided as:
• a fixed one-time payment
• a percentage of revenue
• a mixed formate. Commercial rights do not automatically transfer upon resale of the designf. I retain the right to display the design in my portfolio and on social media
Other information
a. You can specify stage of work, I will be happy to share WIP's with my customers. Also you can see progress of the art in my Queueb. You can ask for edits in the work. Edits at any stage are free, as I want to provide an art that you will really like, but within reasonable limitsc. After finishing art I send you a file in original resolution, version without render and transparent version
